Manni Consulting provides consulting services related to citizenship by descent, including general eligibility guidance, document planning, document organization, application preparation support, consulate process guidance, and related consulting services.
Our services may include support with citizenship by descent matters involving countries such as Italy, Ireland, Croatia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Canada, and other countries where citizenship by descent may be available.
The specific services provided will depend on the package, engagement, or agreement selected by the client.
2. Not a Law Firm
Manni Consulting is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, immigration representation, tax advice, or guarantees of legal eligibility.
Any information provided through our website, consultations, emails, documents, or services is for general consulting and informational purposes only.
You should consult a qualified attorney, legal professional, tax advisor, or other appropriate professional for advice specific to your situation.
3. No Guarantee of Eligibility, Citizenship, or Approval
Manni Consulting does not guarantee that you will qualify for citizenship, receive citizenship recognition, obtain a passport, secure a consulate appointment, or receive approval from any government authority, consulate, court, archive, or agency.
Citizenship laws, requirements, procedures, document standards, consulate practices, and processing timelines may change at any time and are outside of our control.
Any estimated timeline, likelihood, or process description is provided for general guidance only and is not a guarantee.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information
Reviewing all documents and information before submission
Confirming that names, dates, locations, and family records are accurate
Obtaining and paying for required government, agency, court, consulate, archive, notary, apostille, translation, shipping, courier, or document fees
Scheduling your own consulate, government, or passport appointments unless otherwise agreed in writing
Submitting your own documents when required
Meeting deadlines and responding to requests for information
Seeking legal advice when needed
Ensuring you have permission to share documents or information about family members or third parties
Manni Consulting may assist with guidance, organization, preparation, and support, but final responsibility for your application and submissions remains with you.
5. Third-Party Fees and Costs
Unless expressly stated in writing, Manni Consulting’s service fees cover consulting and support services only. Clients are responsible for all third-party costs, including but not limited to:
Government application fees
Consulate fees
Passport fees
Birth, marriage, death, divorce, naturalization, court, or archive record fees
Apostille fees
Notarization fees
Certified translation fees
Shipping, mailing, courier, or return envelope costs
Third-party research or document retrieval services
Attorney fees, if applicable
These fees are separate from Manni Consulting’s consulting fees.
6. Pricing and Payment
Pricing may be listed on our website or provided directly to you. We reserve the right to update pricing, packages, and service offerings at any time.
Payment terms, deposits, installment options, refunds, and project scope will be governed by the package, invoice, written agreement, or terms provided at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, services begin after payment is received. Failure to make required payments may result in delayed, suspended, or terminated services.
7. Right of Withdrawal, Refunds, and Cancellations
If you are a consumer located in Denmark, the European Union, or another jurisdiction with consumer withdrawal rights, you may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase of services within a certain period, such as 14 days, unless an exception applies.
If you request that Manni Consulting begin providing services before the withdrawal period has expired, you acknowledge that your refund rights may be reduced or lost once services have been fully performed, depending on applicable law.
Because consulting services may involve time, planning, research, preparation, personalized guidance, and document-related work, payments may be non-refundable once work has begun, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
If you need to cancel or pause services, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund, partial refund, credit, or continuation of services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms of your specific agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
8. Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, citizenship requirements, consulate procedures, government fees, forms, document standards, and processing timelines may change without notice.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as legal advice or as a guarantee of eligibility, approval, or outcome.

By submitting a form, emailing us, scheduling a consultation, or purchasing services, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, video call, or other reasonable communication methods regarding your inquiry or services.
You are responsible for providing current contact information and checking your email for updates.

You may provide personal documents, family records, certificates, applications, or other materials in connection with the services.
You represent that you have the right to provide these materials to us and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Manni Consulting is not responsible for errors, omissions, inconsistencies, missing records, incorrect government records, rejected documents, delays caused by third parties, or changes in government requirements.

Citizenship by descent matters may involve third parties, including consulates, government offices, archives, courts, translators, apostille providers, notaries, shipping providers, attorneys, and document retrieval services.
Our website is hosted through Squarespace, and certain website features, including forms or embedded tools, may be provided by Squarespace or other third-party service providers.
Manni Consulting is not responsible for the actions, delays, fees, decisions, errors, policies, or requirements of third parties.
12. Website Hosting, Forms, and Third-Party Tools
Our website is built and hosted using Squarespace. Website forms, analytics, cookies, security features, and other technical functionality may be provided by Squarespace or other third-party services.
By using the website, you understand that third-party platforms may process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manni Consulting, its owner, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, your submission of inaccurate information, your unauthorized sharing of third-party information, or your misuse of materials provided by us.
